SHIPPING/ORDER

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

A. YES!!  We ship worldwide. We ship all our prints to most of the countries. But unfortunately most of the framed art prints are only available in USA

 

Q. Where will my orders ship from?

A. We are a US based business and most of the orders are drop shipped from different locations depending on where they are made and our suppliers. We have fulfillment centers all over the world so depending upon your location we ship from the closest place to you so that your order can reach you quicker and we can limit our carbon footprint.

 

Q. How long does it take to ship my order?

A. The usual processing time is 1-5 business days, after which it’s shipped out. The processing time can vary depending upon the work load. The shipping time varies from 1-3 weeks depending upon your location.

*Please be mindful of the COVID related delays. The delivery times are subject to change based on the delays in your region. Public holidays and adverse weather conditions can also cause delays.

 

Q. Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local custom office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchase.


Q. Can I order a print that I’ve seen on your Instagram page but is not available on your website?

A. Yes you can. Write to us on studio@zinniasidhu.com and we will be happy to add that print to our shop for you to buy.


Q. Can I order a custom size art print?

A. We offer three different sizes of art prints at the moment, the largest being 16x20 inches. If you require a different size of artwork do reach us at studio@zinniasidhu.com and we will see what we can do to make you happy.

 

Q. Can I place a wholesale order?

A. Yes! We do wholesale, please email us at studio@zinniasidhu.com if you’d like to enquire.

 

Q. I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We are sorry that your order arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly for you, please email us at studio@zinniasidhu.com within 2 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product and your order number. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.

Q. What is a Giclée print?

Giclée print is the most closest print to the original artwork. Giclee is a French term which means "to spray". This technology has evolved since 20th century to use primarily an inkjet printer that uses small spraying devices that can match both color and apply ink precisely generating a very high quality art print. 

 

Q. How should I care for my fine art print?

To extend the life span of your Giclee print, store it out of direct sun light and avoid extreme temperature changes or exposure to humidity. We recommend that the paper prints be framed behind the glass or acrylic glazing and if the art prints are not being displayed for an extended period then save them in sealed clear bags.

Q. How do I send a gift card to someone else?

Add the gift card in your cart and at the checkout, put the email of the person you wish to receive the gift card in the 'email' box.  Alternatively, you can send this to your own email and forward it to the recipient at a later date.

 

Q. How do I use my gift card?

When making a purchase in the store, customers can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. 

The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.

If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then the customer can click Complete order.

If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

 

Q. Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

 

Q. Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

 

Q. Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.


Q. Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

 

Q. Can I request a refund to a gift card?

Yes. If you used a gift card to pay for the purchase, then you can request a refund to the gift card.


Q. If I refund a gift card, is it automatically disabled?

No. If you refund the purchase of a gift card, then it will still have a usable balance.

 

Q. Can gift cards be reloaded?

No, you can't reload a gift card.
